Shipping Policy

We currently ship Sidecar Sleeper within the United States.

Free Standard Shipping Standard shipping is included with every Sidecar Sleeper purchase at no additional cost. Orders are shipped using an available standard ground shipping service. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Order Processing Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Total delivery time is estimated at 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
